Position Overview:

 

Analog Devices’ CoreAI team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of AI Model Governance to lead the execution and development of AI governance for models and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, control, and security of AI models while setting up essential technical controls for anomaly detection in AI systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Define and lead the development of technical controls for model and algorithm development.
  2. Establish systems for detecting anomalies in AI systems and models.
  3. Oversee the development of AI systems, ensuring quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments of models.
  4. Manage vendor relationships and handle model supply chain negotiations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI model governance and the development of technical controls.
  3. Strong knowledge in quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments for AI models.
  4. Hands-on experience in benchmarking and evaluating AI models and systems.

 

Skills Required:

 

  1. Leadership in AI governance and technical control development.
  2. Expertise in detecting anomalies in AI systems and ensuring model quality.
  3. Strong negotiation skills for managing AI model supply chains.
  4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
