Key Responsibilities:

 

Program Management 

 

  1. Lead complex, cross-functional AI governance programs and projects.
  2. Apply strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  3. Expertise in risk management, contingency planning, and project optimization.
  4. Handle stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and drive organizational alignment.

 

AI Governance 

 

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks and policies.
  2. Assess AI technologies for potential risks, ethical implications, and biases.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and industry standards.
  4. Formulate strategies to mitigate AI risks and maintain fairness and transparency.

 

Leadership and Communication 

 

  1. Influence and lead AI initiatives across departments.
  2. Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  3. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  4. Drive organizational adoption of AI governance practices through change management.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  1. 8+ years of experience in AI, program management, and project leadership.
  2. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks.
  3. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Experience with AI risk assessment, compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and AI policy development.
