Dr. Yatin Kathuria is the Founder & Head (Research & Education) at JustAI, where he leads research strategy, academic program development, and institutional outreach. With over seven years of teaching experience in IT Law, Data Privacy, and AI & Law, he brings academic depth to the platform’s mission. He holds certifications in AI governance, ethics, and safety from global institutions and actively contributes to developing AI law courses, policy tools, and collaborative research promoting ethical and inclusive AI systems.

Ms. Vanshika is the Founding Research Fellow at JustAI,  where she explores the legal, ethical, and policy challenges posed by artificial intelligence. She is presently a Junior Research Fellow at Symbosis (Deeemd to be University), while pursuing her PhD in Law. With a background in law and a Masters degree with a  specialisation in Law and Technology, her research critically examines how different legal systems respond to emerging issues in data privacy, governance, and intellectual property driven by technological advancements. At JustAI, she also leads outreach efforts to build an inclusive and informed community around AI and law.

Manpreet Kaur is a Senior Research Fellow at JUSTAI. She has completed her PhD in Law from Rajeev Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. With over seven years of academic and research experience, she has taught at leading universities and published extensively on AI law, digital governance, and legal-tech ethics. At JUSTAI, she also contributes to digital strategy- planning and designing. She is actively enagaged in  outreach and knowledge-sharing. Her interdisciplinary approach blends law, policy, and technology, with a commitment to building inclusive, transparent, and ethically grounded AI ecosystems through both research and practical innovation.

Ms. Mini Srivastava is a legal academic and policy researcher with 17+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights, Information Technology Law, and AI Governance. She has been with Amity Law School, Noida for over a decade and is currently completing her PhD on social media regulation and free speech.

She has represented India at global platforms such as the WIPO–WTO IP Teachers’ Colloquium (South Africa) and IPIRA Conferences (Singapore, Malaysia), and is a regular speaker at leading institutions including ILI, ISIL, CNLU, and the University of Delhi. With strong engagement across government and industry bodies like CGPDTM, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, CII, and PHDCCI, she continues to shape discourse on technology regulation and innovation policy.

Hamda is a Research Fellow at JustAI and a legal professional dedicated to exploring the practical and ethical frontiers of technology in the legal industry. Currently, Hamda applies this expertise within the AI-empowered contract management team at LegalEase Solutions, where she gains hands-on experience blending legal insights with cutting-edge AI tools to optimise contract workflows. As a PhD candidate at Symbiosis, Pune, she specialises in AI in corporate governance and regulations. She also serves as a Patron Member of the Indian Society for Artificial Intelligence and Law (ISAIL), driving solutions that ensure AI systems remain sustainable, inclusive, and ethical. At JustAI, she contributes her insights to the research heads and drives their policy and outreach teams.
